Bangalore: In a country obsessed with cricket, it is no surprise that the game is not just keenly followed but the cricketers are loved to a point of idolatry. Further with the kick-start of IPL 6 the fans are glued to their TVs to watch their favorite and hottest cricketing stars. Here are 10 cricketers this IPL season that are a total treat to watch and certainly make the ladies go weak in the knees with their ‘hotness’ quotient.

Virat Kohli: 
India’s very own Virat Kohli makes it to the list of sexiest cricketers. The captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore in this IPL season, Kohli is known for his game and achievements. The 24-year-old scored 1639 runs at an average of 28.25 for RCB, whom he joined in 2008 as the franchise's Under-19 pick following his leading India to the World Cup title.

 RCB owner Vijay Mallya wrote on the RCB website "We are delighted to announce Virat as our captain. His hunger to learn, lead, motivate and set an example is unquestionable."  Kohli’s good looks and his game are a must watch!

Mitchell Johnson: 

This Aussie cricketer is a left-arm fast bowler and left-handed batsman. He plays for Mumbai Indians in the IPL. Johnson, 31, has got gorgeous looks and certainly deserves to be on the list of sexiest cricketers in IPL 6. Johnson was 2009’s ICC Cricketer of the Year.

Brendon McCullum: 
Brendon McCullum who is nicknamed ‘Bazz’ plays for Kolkata Knight Riders. The Kiwi wicketkeeper is known for his fast scoring rate. The 31-year old, in IPL’s first season scored a spectacular 158 and remained not out. The father of two children is no doubt hot too! His deep blue-gray eyes, spiky hair and a striking smile make him a stunner. His innings in IPL are credited with being the finest and most electrifying.

Bret Lee: 
Brett Lee plays for the Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 6. Lee has been recognized as one of the fastest bowlers in the world of cricket. The 36-year old is a consistently speedy bowler, capable batsman and a highly athletic fielder. 

 This cricketer is a winner even before he is in the pitch. Certainly a must on the sexiest cricketers list, Lee has always been a heart throb. On 13 July 2012, Lee announced his retirement from all forms of international cricket, but continues to play T20 cricket in the IPL and Big Bash League.

Shaun Marsh:
Shaun Marsh is an Australian cricketer and is playing for Kings XI Punjab this IPL season. Nicknamed SOS ("Son of Swampy"), Marsh is a left-handed opening batsman and very occasional spin bowler.

 He is the son of former Australian test cricketer Geoff Marsh. Shaun shot to fame with the inaugural version of the Indian Premier League (IPL) wherein he scored 616 runs with an aggregate of 68.44. This 29-year-old has been dropped off from a number of matches due to his bad boy image that includes excess drinking and partying the night before a match. However, this remarkable player certainly ranks well on the good looks category!

Luke Wright: 

This very good looking Luke is an all-rounder and plays for Pune Warriors India in IPL 2013. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium bowler. The 28-year-old, is slowly becoming a reliable player like his idols.
